Let us cater your full day training sessions to meet your business needs. Here is our Menu outline. If you require an alternative mix of items please get in touch to explain your requirements. 

Morning Tea
Mix of the following items at 1.5 per head to allow participants to have a choice. 
- House baked medium sized sweet muffin
- Mixed mini danish

Lunch
Combined in a flip-lid paper lunch-box including:
- Gourmet Sourdough Sandwich
    - Mix of meat fillings (Chicken, Roast Beef, Ham) labelled on box.
    - Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten Free available – Specified when ordering.
- Small fruit salad cup.
- Sweet bite

Afternoon Tea
Mix of the following items at 1 per head all served individually sealed
- Mini Nutella Choc Chip Cookie
- Full size Chocolate Brownie with White Choc Chips
- Medium Size Orange Poppyseed slice for Gluten Free participants

I dropped by the new Fossix @ Gateway (upstairs on the commercial tower side) for lunch, had a coffee ☕️ and asian chicken Salad

Super nice view, I had chance to have morning coffee here and enjoy beautiful view of this coffee at Gateway Tower. I had Prana Chai Latte and Chia Pudding, which were pretty good. It closes to Circular Quay train station and located inside a breathtaking business building.

We ordered the rainbow cake with special request for m&m’s inside and it turned out so well! The cake was beautiful and it tasted amazing. I’d also like to thank the fossix team for being incredibly friendly and patient with our requests.
