A little about Fossix
Fossix delivers warm welcoming spaces where people come to connect, collaborate and create business opportunities while sharing great coffee and food. For move than 6 years, Fossix have been successfully operating premium corporate cafes and in-house office barista bars in the Sydney CBD.
It started with a roastery that maintained consistency from start to finish, from green beans to every brewed cup of coffee. Fossix’s passion for the little green bean is complimented with our love for wholesome, fresh, flavoursome food paired with exceptional barista service.
Our Chefs source produce from local suppliers, our eggs are from free range, open pasture chickens. Our Pastry Chef bakes all our cakes, slices and sweet treats in-house every day. We take pride in regularly updating our menu based on the fresh produce that is in season.
Jeremy Glass is the founder and Managing Director of Fossix. He grew up in food & hospitality cutting his teeth in family cafes and innovative food businesses. After a career in marketing, technology & advertising he followed his passion in coffee establishing Fossix in 2017. Harnessing 20 years of experience he has grown Fossix into a successful corporate hospitality service enterprise.
Lindi Glass is a devoted foodie and hands-on Marketing Director at Fossix. She is driven to create exceptional experiences for clients and customers. She is the driving force behind Fossix Events, building deep customer connections, curating delicious on-trend menus extending to catering, events and in-store.
Together they are changing the corporate hospitality game by focusing on customer experience excellence and delivering consistently outstanding coffee & artisan food.
