Passionfruit and White Chocolate Sponge Cake

A delightful buttery vanilla sponge, layered with passionfruit curd and white chocolate ganache.

Zesty, light and very delicious. Freshly made with love by our Fossix Pastry chef. All Cakes are beautifully created with an artisan touch.

Ingredients: butter, caster sugar, self-raising flour, free range egg, vanilla, buttermilk, salt, cream, white chocolate, passionfruit, lemon.

Serving size: 8" serves 8-10 or 25 bites size. Best eaten the same day, keep refrigerated and consume within two days
