Our Fossix House blend is the blend that we serve in our cafes that our customers have come to love.
This blend is inspired by a traditional Central and South American style of coffees. It contains Single Origin beans from Chinchina Colombia, Tarrazu from Puente Alto Costa Rica and the Ipanema region in Brazil.
With bold caramels and delicate stone and citrus fruits that give a medium body and delicate acidity, this blend gives mild savory notes in black coffee to complement the toffee and nutty nature of the
blend. In milk coffee the blend brings hard caramel sweetness and dark chocolate tones with a lingering almond and hazelnut after taste.
It can be used in your home Espresso machine, as a Filter coffee brewed in your coffee machine or as a pourover.
